Our Story
Inspired by the importance of the gut on our health & mood and impressed by the complex taste of a fermented tea called kombucha, it was about three years ago that we decided to leave our careers in the digital scene behind and start over as Kombucha brewers.
After many months of learning about fermentation, different flavors, the history of Kombucha, what it takes to brew in an authentic way and finding a home, we are finally ready to produce Kombucha in our Berlin-based brewery.
We are working long hours every day to spread Kombucha as the number one, nutrient rich, refreshing drink in Europe. We believe great taste and health benefits should go hand in hand. Refreshing drinks don't have to be full of sugar, artificial ingredients and without any nutritional value.
