Our Story
Originally inspired by the importance of the gut on our health and mood, and impressed by the complex taste of a fermented tea called kombucha, it was over five years ago that I decided to leave my career in the digital scene behind and start over as a kombucha brewer and entrepreneur.
After many months of learning and testing about fermentation, different flavours, the history of kombucha, what it takes to brew in a consistent way, and finding a home, we were eventually ready to produce kombucha in our first brewery (a 20 sqm kitchen) in August 2019. Today, after moving location three times, we operate out of a 300+ sqm state-of-the art brewery.
We work tirelessly every day to spread kombucha as the number one naturally refreshing and invigorating drink all over Europe. We believe great taste and better-for-you products should go hand in hand. Additionally, we are of the strong opinion that refreshing beverages don't have to be full of sugar, artificial ingredients, and without any nutritional value.
